Feedback Analysis


Hi

We got huge feedback from lot of registered users. We are feeling so happy after reviewing feedback. We got some negative feedback also. Here we are mentioning where we need to improve.

Feedback analysis:

1. Rate our calls:

And we got some more negative comments. We will clarify here.

1. SMS delay: Currently we are using way2sms free service. U can send max 20 users at a time in group. So we are facing problems to send sms to almost 200 users. This is the main problem. So we are taking new sms service (paid) which is fast and to send call to all users at a time.

2. You are posting late in niftysiri website: Whenever we are giving calls we are posting in Yahoo messenger, sms  to all users, face book, niftysiri web, gmail and other forums. Some times it becoming late. That’s why u r getting 3 to 5 mins late in web or facebook. That’s why we are planning to send calls to only yahoo messenger and SMS service after we started paid service. To advertise ourselves we are giving calls free to all users in forums.

3. Pre exit: We are trading in stock market. So depending upon market moment we can suggest exit level other than target. We will inform if there is any change. Always follow our trading rules.

4. More calls: Every day we are looking to give 1 to 3 calls. But when we didn’t find correct moment in market that time we will stick to safe trading. At that time we will give 1 or 2 calls. Its depend upon market. And always we will keep max 2 positions in open. You can trade all our calls with 80k investment. Plz don’t ask for personal calls. When we got good one surely we will send you message.  

5. We are ready serve better on Yahoo messenger. But in market hours we occupied with calls. So plz avoid unnecessary messages. You can mail us at niftysiri@gmail.com. Send messages to us which helpful to our subscribers and related to our calls. You can mail us market related articles.

6. Long term calls: When we got any good calls for long term investment that time we suggest that call. Personally who are interested can go with them. But we didn’t track that calls. This is suggestion only.

7. Genuine performance: You already know about our genuine performance. We are not modifying any calls. But we are planning to add contract note screen shot near call to prove our genuine performance. But it will take some time to implement this.

8. We need only niftycalls: We are suggesting don’t stick to only niftycalls. We need profits finally. So always trade in all our calls like nifty and Stock F&O.

9. DND service: Cos of DND some guys not getting calls. To get calls plz deactivate DND service.

10. Niftysiri blog: We are comfortable technically with blogger service. That’s why we want to continue with this only.

  1. I love Siri on my new iphone 4s and I am sure folks who created Siri didn't think of this but I live in the DC area and I asked for an address of an embassy and Siri thought I was asking about hotels or a business. So she was very confused. :)
